Though not a done deal — there are still quite a few regulatory hurdles to clear, locally, federally and abroad — Paramount Skydance Warner Bros. Discovery (unofficial, but yikes) now has a fairly open path to try its unified hand at Hollywood domination.
Paramount Skydance posted a widened net loss of $573 million and grew revenue 2% to $8.15 billion in its fiscal fourth quarter as the David Ellison-led media giant saw improvements in its streaming business offset by continued declines in the linear TV business.
